Typically, large multi-tiered engineering firms will not prepare and submit Phase I Environmental Site Assessment proposals for Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Reports for less than $2,500.00 to $3,000.00 due to high overhead expenses and large staff allocations. Nationally prepared market studies of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments have been estimated at a cost of approximately 3,000.00 per report.

Asbestos Inspection Services
Asbestos Inspections start at $1,000.00 for simplified projects and larger projects are priced based on square footage sampled.
Operation and Maintenance Plans (O and M Plans) can be provided for $600.00 without sampling. Sampling can be added for the above Asbestos Inspection Fees.
All other Services are quoted on a specific project case by case bases.
